Living history: You're going to be telling your kids about this one, if your not doing so already LOL. Barack Obama's acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention was incredibly moving. Dare I say, this is our generations "I have a dream" speech. MLK 08' Remix if you will; ironically, Obama's speech is made exactly 45 years later on the very same day as Martin Luther King, Jr's speech.
Seeing these kind of posts reminds me of just how technology truly is undeniably integral to our lives in this day and age, and I am fairly certain that we have passed the point of no return in our relationship with technology.
I don't mean this in a bad way, of course! Ethical concerns aside... I just hope that as the price of memory falls, the possibility of transferring our brains onto a digital medium becomes a true reality. It's a fantasy that I daydream about every once in a while.
